We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
Returns Policy
Products ordered from Iconic Wheels Australia are eligible for return if deemed faulty or not as described. Iconic Wheels Australia does not offer refunds for 'change of mind'. We recommend that customers research the products they are purchasing to ensure a correct fit for their chosen application.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Iconic Wheels will not accept Items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, Iconic Wheels will refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.Â
